A couple weeks ago the talented and handsome Tom Sowa of the Spokesman Review, our local newspaper somehow found my blog. I think it might have something to do with an article he was doing on "Make" magazine where my hooks have been shown. Anyways, Tom emailed me and asked if I'd do an article for a column in the newspaper. And since he offered big bucks (Starbucks coffee card, that is) i checked with my agent and she thought maybe i should just do that. So i did and here it is!!

Minds me of that Roger Miller tune: "Kansas City Star, that what i are, yodel leedle lady, you otta see mah car....." Ah but no Caddy or autographs at the sooper market and I suppose I best get back to cleaning up the kitchen before Karol gets home.
Still, Twas fun to do.

Oh my Jimbo, he is growing up all rich and famous on us!! Way to go!!! So proud of you!!
It is a real acomplishment for someone outside the crochet world to acknowledge your art. That's big time famous! And your article isn't too shabby. (In fact I learned a thing or two.) Thanks for the link and congrats!
Congratulations, remember the little people lol!
(I'm a little late on this one) I loved your article! I tried to post a comment but the site was closed for comments. Good for you! -Pam
