FLAMIE AWARD NOMINATION!! I'VE BEEN HONORED WITH A NOMINATION!

Just about my most favorite crochet related group in the Universe.. the Crochet Liberation Front in Ravelry (a million member fiber arts related forum) has an annual award called the Flamie, akin but not related to the Oscars. The Flamie is awarded to individuals and companies in various catagories relating to crochet. I have the honor of being nominated in the catagory for "Best Crochet Hooks (Handcrafted/Individual)"I'm nominated with some of the most respected and legendary hook makers I know of, and it's a true honor. Really! The Crochet Liberation Front might seem like a comical name, but it's membership of near 6000 includes some of the best crochet talent in the world, all with a common goal of promoting the gentle art of crochet.

Oh and just in case you might like to vote... here's a link:

Jimbo- I think, since it's obvious to everyone who has ever touched a Jimbo hook, that you will obviously win... therefore, there really needs to be a category of "Best Jimbo Hook" that we can all vote on. There are so many possibilities... the Valentine's hook.. A Genuine Crick Hook (I have one of those!)... the redheart wood.. etc!
