Seeing's this is getting serious... i'll close bidding at 11pm Pacific tonight... but won't be able to check in till about then so i suggest bidders send me their ultimate bid and i'll announce the winner late tonight.

I call it wonder hook cause you wonder what kind of little bug made all those little tunnels along the handle. Well the bug's gone to that great fir tree in the sky, but the hook lives on, only with a new goal in mind. Instead of returning to the ground it grew from, it decided to become a wonder hook. This one also harks from up on the crick, with parentage in the fir family. Its all smooth now.. hand carved and kinda between a K and an L size wise.

Check back again after bidding closes on this one..I've got more including an L from the old apple tree that's a real beaut, and a really special fir N or so that's doing a stint in our interstate fair!

Please send your bids by email to

jimbocrochetwhittler@yahoo.com

I'll close bidding on this hook on, oh about this coming Friday sometime (how's that for definite).

Thanks for stopping by.... come on back when you can sit a spell.

Wow that is really impressive! I don't think I would be able to handle making something that nice. I made my own knitting needles out of dowel rods, lol, but nothing like what you have created. Good money maker too. Also how long did it take you to make it? and how much wood did you go thru before it became perfect? Great job!
